the hotel's proximity to the train station was certainly convenient. the staff was also amazing (they helped me a lot during my first trip).

I found the room a little cramped, barely suitable for opening my suitcase. the shower head design was not great. It shot water horizontally across the bath.

The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to transportation. The staff was helpful during check-in, assisting with splitting payments between different methods. The room size with a European vibe suited me well. There was also ample closet space for storing belongings.

I was impressed by the generous size of the twin room we booked. It really offered space. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! i especially enjoyed the variety of options available each morning. additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train station made getting around very convenient.

i found the lighting in the room to be insufficient. this impacted my ability to relax in the evenings.

The hotel had a really cool courtyard that I enjoyed. The room had GREAT views and plenty of light. The staff was AMAZING and very helpful. I found the location very convenient, especially its proximity to the train station.

The decor in the rooms is a little outdated.

Staff were very helpful in providing directions. They answered ALL questions with patience. Check-in was quick and smooth, a BIG plus after a long trip. Luggage storage was available before check-in and after check-out.
